Scope of Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases of our Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) services.
We do not offer refunds for the following situations:
• No Refund will be initiated if any government-banned website is not working on our all RDP plans.
• Don't use more than two chrome profile browsers and not more than one tab in each chrome profile at a time in the shared RDP plan. It may result in your account being suspended & no refunds will be initiated if it is suspended.
• KYC is mandatory for Indian RDP Locations. If the user refuses to do KYC, then also no refund will be initiated
• Slow download/upload speeds: Download/upload speeds depend on various factors that are beyond our control.
• Order placed by mistake: We recommend reviewing your order before making a purchase.
• Change of mind: We cannot issue refunds for a change of mood or if you no longer want the RDP service.
• Lack of knowledge: Our team is available to assist you with any technical issues or questions you may have regarding the RDP service.
• Use of prohibited tools: We strictly prohibit the use of hacking, brute-forcing, spamming, or cracking tools, carding, gaming, etc. Any violation of our Terms of Service will result in the forfeiture of your refund.
• Order of the wrong plan: If you accidentally ordered the wrong plan, please contact us, and we will assist you in changing the plan without any additional cost.
• Unavailability: We cannot issue refunds for periods when you were unable to use our server, such as vacations or traveling.
• Violation of TOS: If you violate our Terms of Service, your refund will be forfeited.
• You have used our RDP services for illegal activities.
• You have purchased our RDP services and have exceeded the usage limit for your subscription.
Refund Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if you have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
